We are living a unique context. Almost 50% of the world’s population is under 25 years old, making youth generation today, the largest one in human history. Developing young leaders today not only allows us to impact the world together but unlocks the enormous potential for building a better future for all.

YouthSpeak Forum Talks is an event designed for youth that aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes and innovative solutions to push them and the world forward.
Here are some reasons why you should join YouthSpeak Forum Talks:
Bringing youth voices together: We empower delegates to voice their opinions on key challenges, hopes, and ambitions. The event is meant to bring together likeminded people and help them expand their networks.
Connecting with the business environment: The event brings youth and companies together in order to find the common ground of their needs. Participates will enrich their career perspectives and learn about future trends in the labor market, insights that will contribute to their professional development.
Enabling young people to take action: The event provides a practical experience for delegates of co-creating solutions for SDGs with their peers and experts. We connect resources and networks to enable a real impact to occur.
Learning a new skill/ability: Our partners will provide interactive webinars, during which participants learn more deeply about a specific topic and through hands-on approach work.
Leadership now and in the future: Participants will learn what skills, competencies, and mindset young people need to develop in today’s world, in order to help them thrive and at the same time, give back to the world. We believe that through responsible leadership young people could not only make a better life for themselves but contribute to a better world.
Finding motivation and inspiration: Every YouthSpeak Forum is designed to inspire the delegates through powerful talks done by exceptional keynote speakers. We provide spaces that enable participants to think differently and spark innovative ideas in order to achieve their potential
Powerful topics and uniques insights: Speakers will engage with delegates to give new perspectives on global issues, creating spaces that will enable the exchange of opinions, and learning about solutions. The variety of speakers ensures cross-sector perspectives and presentation of different methods for reimagining solutions to global challenges.
YouthSpeak Forum in numbers:
Giving the fact that this is an annual event, we had many editions of YouthSpeak Forum starting from 2016. Since then we had YouthSpeak Forum in cities like Bucharest, Galați, Iași, Oradea and Constanța, some of them having two editions per year.
- 16 editions organized across the country between 2016 – 2020;
- 2.000+ participants that developed themselves professionally and learned how to act on global issues;
- 68+ companies that supported the event and delivered workshops for the delegates;
- 96+ hours of discussions and ideas sharing about key topics that are concerning youth;
- 80+ keynote speeches that inspired and empowered youth to bring an impact in their environment.
The key topics on the YouthSpeak Forum Talks agenda were selected based on YouthSpeak Survey, a global insight survey aiming to bring the collective voice of youth to different stakeholders that make decisions affecting young people. This survey helped us understand what are the most concerning issues of the Romanian youth and helped us create this event custom-made on our country context and our youth generation needs.
We like to believe that YouthSpeak Forum Talks is a place where inspiration and collaboration are turned into action in order to help delegates achieve their potential, bring an impact in their lives and communities and become the responsible leaders Romania needs.
